: (M) Sdn Bhd is banking on the launch of its Plus (+) campaign, which emphasises healthy lifestyle, to boost sales of its home appliances.
Its managing director/chief executive officer, Ko Tae Yeon, said the campaign was expected to help boost sales of its home appliances by 20 percent and in turn contribute about 30 percent of its revenue.
He said currently, LG controlled 12 percent of Malaysia’s home appliances market.
LG Malaysia hopes to expand its market share with the launch of the new campaign and be the top three brands in Malaysia by 2010,” he told a media briefing on the launch of the campaign here Tuesday.
Under the + campaign, LG had focused on designing and incorporating -oriented technology into its new LG  air-conditionersLG refrigerators, washing machines, and other domestic devices.
Meanwhile, Inc executive vice president/head of refrigerator global business unit, Dan H. Song, said LG would introduce a new to the .
